Activate iPhone 5 FULL iCLOUD BYPASS with SSH RAMDISK

This method loads a custom ramdisk that opens up SSH root access to the filesystem of an iPhone 5 via pwned recovery mode and makes it possible to delete setup.app for a full iCloud Bypass.
